Ann has established herself as a respected, top-producing Realtor in
the Salt Lake Area. As a Residential Relocation Specialist, Ann
serves all communities in the Salt Lake, South Davis and Northern
Utah Counties. Ann has been a resident of Sandy, Utah since
relocating from the Midwest in 1989.
In addition to an aggressive, effective Marketing Program, Ann is an
experienced Buyer’s Agent and Negotiator. Ann is supported by an
impressive team of Mortgage, Inspection, and Title Professionals. Kim
Sokolowski, Ann’s personal assistant, works to ensure smooth,
successful transactions with a focus on Customer Service.
Ann is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Utah
Association of Realtors (UAR) and a graduate of the UAR Leadership
School. As an appointed member of the Professional
Standards Committee, she has participated in ethics complaints and
arbitration hearings brought before the Salt Lake Board of Realtors
and the Utah Association of Realtors.
Ann is a member of the board of directors of Salt Lake Lutheran
High School.
